摘要 PURPOSE: An electroless plating nickel-phosphorous solution is provided to minimize phenomenon that nickel is melt while maintaining amount of current even in case high voltage is instantaneously applied. CONSTITUTION: An electroless plating nickel-phosphorous solution comprises a nickel precursor and a reducing agent. The reducing agent comprises sodium hypophosphite monohydrate and hydrazine. The comprised amount of the reducing agent is 300-500 g/L based on 1L of plating liquid. The weight ratio of hypophosphite and hydrazine is 1:0.5-0.8. A fuel cell separator comprises a metal substrate, and an Ni-P electroplating layer formed on the metal substrate. The Ni-P electroplating layer comprises 3.0-6.0 weight% of phosphorous based on the total weight of Ni and P.
