PURPOSE: A secondary battery is provided to form an intermediate layer with pattern formed by carbon and binder, and to strengthening adhesion between a substrate and active material layer, and to reduce amount of a binder mixed into the active material slurry. CONSTITUTION: A secondary battery comprises a substrate(10), an intermediate layer(20) with carbon(20a) and a binder(20b) formed on the substrate, and an active material layer(30) formed on the intermediate layer. Each of the carbon and binder of the intermediate layer are adjacent to each other. A manufacturing method of the secondary battery comprises a step of arranging a substrate; a step of coating the substrate with specific pattern by the carbon solution and the binder solution, and a step of forming the active material layer on the carbon solution and the binder solution. |
