PURPOSE: A method for making Makkoli containing Moraceae is provided to easily take helpful ingredients in and to enjoy the rich taste and flavor of Moraceae. CONSTITUTION: A method for making Makkoli containing Moraceae comprises: a step of selecting and washing rice and dipping the rice in the water(S10); a step of steaming the rice and preparing hard-boiled rice(S20); a step of inoculating seed malt to 3-10 wt% of hard-boiled rice and preparing ipguk(Japanese koji)(S30); a step of mixing the ipguk, 100-150 wt% of purified water, and hard-boiled rice and fermenting the mixture at 23-27 Deg. C. for 5-6 days(S40); a step of crushing frozen Moraceae in a paste form; a step of mixing crushed Moraceae and fermented mixture(S50); a step of fermenting the mixture at 22-27 Deg. C. for 10-12 days(S60); and a step of filtering the fermented mixture and sterilizing at 130-135 Deg. C. for 3-4 seconds(S70).
