The invention provides an optical disk device and optical disk processing system, capable of increasing the production performance using the optical disk device when recording the data to the optical disks in turn. When the optical disk device is assembled on a duplicator and records the data for the optical disks, a system controller (32) judges whether the maker ID (MID) of the optical disk to be recorded is same to the last MID or not. When the MID is same to the last MID, the next judgement is performed whether the deviation of the best record power obtained by the OPC is at the allowable range or not. If in the allowable range, the OPC is skipped out and the physical format information is written in the control data field in advance. |
