<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of simply and efficiently manufacturing a phosphate ester from phosphoric acid and an alcohol. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a phosphate ester comprises reacting phosphoric acid with an alcohol in a solvent, wherein phosphoric acid is reacted with an alcohol in the presence of at least a catalyst selected from the group consisting of a tertiary amine, an N-alkyl imidazole, an N-aryl imidazole, and a phosphazene compound, where the amide compound represented by general formula (1) or a urea compound represented by general formula (2) is not less than 20 vol% per 100 vol% solvent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
