PURPOSE: A sling hook device for carrying a turbine rotor is provided to prevent the collision of a turbine rotor and a sling and to carry the turbine rotor by easily minimizing the length of the sling. CONSTITUTION: A sling hook device for carrying a turbine rotor comprises a slide unit(10) and a lifting unit(20). The slide unit slides on a rail(14) formed on a mounting frame(12). The mounting frame is mounted on one side of a beam(110). The lifting unit lifts up and down a turbine rotor by fixing one end of a sling while pulling and loosening a rope(R). One end of the rope is fixed at the bottom of the slide unit.
