PURPOSE: A probe device and a prove unit are provided to authentically connect a first wire to a second wire by preventing the generation of separation force of the first wire and the second wire. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of probes contacts an electrode of an object to be tested. A wiring sheet(40) is electrically connected to the plurality of probes. The wiring sheet comprises a plurality of first wires and a plurality of second wires. A connecting circuit(42) is electrically connected to the wiring sheet. An insulating sheet is placed between the wiring sheet and the connecting circuit. A metal member passes through the insulating sheet and electrically connects the wiring sheet to the connecting circuit. |
