PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of carbon nano-tube sheet structures where carbon nano-tubes are arranged and a carbon nano-tube sheet structure prepared therefrom are provided to manufacture the carbon nano-tubes arranged with directionality. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of carbon nano-tube sheet structures comprises the following steps: forming a carbon nano-tube layer(200) by growing a plurality of carbon nano-tubes(201) on a first substrate(100); forming a carbon nano-tube sheet(300) by bonding an adhesive member(400) to one side of the carbon nano-tube layer and pulling the adhesive member; fixing the carbon nano-tube sheet on a second substrate; and etching the carbon nano-tube sheet fixed on the second substrate. The carbon nano-tube is one or more of single-, double-, and multi-walled carbon nano-tubes. The carbon nano-tube sheet structure includes the carbon nano-tube sheet. In the carbon nano-tube sheet, the plurality of carbon nano-tubes is arranged. A ribbon-type graphene is formed at least part of the surface of the carbon nano-tube sheet.
