PURPOSE: A common account operating method using a virtual account number and a system thereof are provided to assign virtual account numbers of each of members, thereby efficiently managing a membership fee receipt history of the members. CONSTITUTION: A common account generating unit(20) generates a common account which members manage membership fees of a meeting. A member registration managing unit(30) performs member registration by using member information and membership fees information of each of members. The member registration managing unit assigns virtual account numbers to the registered members. When the membership fee is deposited in the common account, a membership fee history managing unit(40) generates membership fee history table information.
