PURPOSE: A materials bill managing method and a materials bill managing system of a product data management system are provided to confirm title information, part list information, and drawing structure information for registered drawings, thereby automatically and rapidly generating an engineering bill of materials(EBOM) with a hierarchical structure. CONSTITUTION: A project information is registered in an integration management server(s110). Drawings are inputted according to each project. Title information, part list information, and drawing structure information are automatically extracted from the drawings. The extracted information is registered in the integration management server with the drawings(s130). An EBOM is generated based on the part list information and the EBOM is registered in the integration management server(s140).
