PURPOSE: A medical laser system and a treatment method using the same are provided to perform treatment and diagnosis using nano-materials and infrared laser. CONSTITUTION: A medical laser system comprises a laser irradiation device(10) for irradiating laser to a human body, a heat image acquisition unit(20) for obtaining heat image information showing heat distribution by detecting the heat of the human body, and a control device(40) which controls the laser irradiation device so that the laser irradiation device can irradiates a high intensity laser to a affected part.
