PURPOSE: A wire winding device is provided to facilitate a work for movably winding a wire between bobbins by independently manufacturing the wire winding device from an ingot cutting machine. CONSTITUTION: A wire winding device comprises a wound bobbin supporting unit(200), a winding bobbin supporting unit(300), a wire controlling unit(500), and a control unit(600). The wound bobbin supporting unit supports a release bobbin on which a wire is wound and rotates the wound bobbin to release the wire. The winding bobbin supporting unit supports a winding bobbin for winding the wire and rotates the winding bobbin to wind the wire. The wire controlling unit horizontally moves between the wound bobbin supporting unit and the winding bobbin supporting unit at a set pitch. The wire passes through the wire controlling unit to maintain the constant tension of the wire. The control unit controls the operation of the wound bobbin supporting unit, the winding bobbin supporting unit, and the wire controlling unit.
