PURPOSE: An auto-repeating heat treatment apparatus and a method thereof are provided to maximize the hot air control efficiency when a heat treatment furnace is closed with an opening unit and to implement fast cooling of the specimen when the heat treatment furnace is opened. CONSTITUTION: An auto-repeating heat treatment apparatus comprises a heat treatment furnace(110), a specimen transfer unit(120) which places and moves a specimen in the heat treatment furnace, a heating unit which provides heat to the specimen, an opening unit(130) which closes a part of the internal space of the heat treatment furnace and selectively operates to open the bottom of the heat treatment furnace, a cooling unit(140) which cools the specimen moved downward by the specimen transfer unit, and a control unit(150) which controls the operation of the heating unit, the specimen transfer unit, the opening unit, and the cooling unit. |
