摘要 PURPOSE: A triple-layered panel manufacturing method is provided to improve work ability and productivity by simultaneously attaching an upper plate, a lower plate, and an air layer on a middle plate. CONSTITUTION: A triple-layered panel manufacturing method is as follows. The 30-45wt.% of a natural fibrous material powder, 15-35 wt.% of an inorganic powder, 1.2-10 wt.% of a liquid bonding agent, and 22-45 wt.% of a polypropylene are put in a mixer and are mixed under 120°C to obtain molded articles(S100). The 0.4-3.0 wt.% of an antioxidant, 0.4-3.0 wt.% of an photo-stabilizer, 0.2-3.0 wt.% of an ultraviolet-absorbing agent, 0.2-3.0 wt.% of a lubricant, and 0.6-3.0 wt.% of a pigment are added in the molded articles in the mixer and are heated and pressed at 120-150°C for 10-15 minutes to obtain gel-phase synthetic raw material(S200). The synthetic raw material is cut to the granule of 3-5mm by a molding machine heated at 170-220°C and is cooled to obtain a pellet which is a molding material(S300). The pellet is heated at 190-230°C to mold a middle plate on which embossing portions and intaglio portions are crossly arranged(S400). The pellet is heated and pressed at 190-230°C through first and second extruders after passing through a vacuum, cooling, and molding roller so that an upper plate and a lower plate can be attached on the middle plate, thereby obtaining a triple-layered panel(S500). The triple-layered panel is transferred in a state where the upper and lower plates are flatly attached by a vacuum cooler(S600).
