PURPOSE: A portable measurement data collecting device is provided to rapidly and easily collect data measured by a duty free oil usage amount measuring device, thereby enhancing utilization efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A portable measurement data collecting device comprises a case(110), a display unit(120), a serial number displaying unit(130), an accumulated time display unit(140), a plurality of manipulation buttons(150), a portable memory port(160), an RS232 input/output port(170), and a key pad(180). The case comprises a duty free oil usage amount data storing unit and central process device(116). The display unit displays current time and date. The serial number displaying unit displays a serial number of a duty free oil usage amount measuring device and the accumulated time displaying unit displays the whole driving time of the duty free oil usage amount measuring device. The manipulation buttons and portable memory port are formed in one front surface of the case.
