PURPOSE: A method and system for monitoring VoIP(Voice of Internet Protocol) call quality are provided to monitor the VoIP call quality based on an encoded SIP packet without constructing additional functions for decoding a TLS(Transport Layer Security) key value. CONSTITUTION: The TLS module of a call processing apparatus(10) decodes encoded SIP(Session Initiation Protocol) packet. The TLS module transmits the decoded SIP packet to an SIP processing module through the specific port of an internal socket. The packet capture agent(12) of the call processing apparatus captures the SIP packet which passes through the specific port. A speech quality monitoring apparatus(20) receives an RTP(Real-time Transport Protocol) packet from the external port of the call processing apparatus. The call quality monitoring apparatus receives the SIP packet transmitted by the packet capture agent. The call quality monitoring apparatus measures voice call quality.
