PURPOSE: A functional beverage composition containing red ginseng and fruit concentrates is provided to offer the abundant amount of ginsenoside Rb1 and Rb2 with an immunity promotion effect to users. CONSTITUTION: A functional beverage composition contains red ginseng and fruit concentrates. The sum of the concentration of ginsenoside Rb1 and Rb2 inside the red ginseng concentrate is 3-80mg. The fruit concentrate contains 10wt% of mango puree and 2wt% of mango concentrate. The functional beverage composition additionally contains 12wt% of liquid fructose, 1wt% of fructo-oligosaccharide, 0.05wt% of polydextrose, 0.1wt% of citric acid, 0.2wt% of pectin, 0.12wt% of vitamins, and 0.1wt% of flavoring agent.
