PURPOSE: A laminating device is provided to form high quality laminating film by increasing cohesive force and to remove the cause of foam generation during laminating. CONSTITUTION: A laminating device comprises laminating rollers(340) and a laminating chamber. The laminating roller produces laminating films by laminating the first and second films. The laminating chamber forms the fixed domain around the laminating rolls as the atmospheric pressure or the pre-fixed gas environment. The laminating roller is positioned inside the laminating chamber. The laminating chamber comprises a first laminating chamber(351) and a second laminating chamber(352). The first laminating chamber forms the first atmospheric pressure environment. The second laminating chamber is formed inside the first laminating chamber and forms the second atmospheric pressure environment which is lower than the first atmosphere.
