PURPOSE: A ring bolt is provided to likely form the weight of a special steel bolt by comprising a bent welded groove and a screw-thread in a body being coupled to a nut. CONSTITUTION: A ring bolt(10) comprises a body and groove(20). The ring bolt is fasten-fixed to a screw-thread(12) of a nut. The ring bolt is formed into a groove ring shaped bolt in which the groove is formed. Bent portions(14,16) are welded along a longitudinal direction of the groove. The body of the ring bolt is fastened to the screw-thread of the nut.
