PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a composite sheet using aerogel is provided to enhance heat insulation without dust generation. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating a composite sheet for heat insulation comprises: a step of dispersing aerogel in a solvent and preparing an aerogel dispersion solution; a step of impregnating a non-woven fabric in the aerogel dispersion solution; a step of drying the non-woven fabric to prepare an aerogel non-woven fabric(1'); and a step of laminating a porous moisture-permeable waterproof sheet(4,4') of high thermal resistance on the both sides of the aerogel non-woven fabric.
