PURPOSE: A solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to minimize contact resistance by electrically connecting an electrode and a tap cord using a low temperature welding method. CONSTITUTION: A silicon substrate(21) includes a p-n junction portion. A front electrode(22) and a back electrode(24) are formed on the front side and the back side of the silicon substrate. The front electrode and the back electrode connect a tap cord(30), respectively. The tap cord is electrically connected to a solar cell. A front transparent conductor is adhered to the front electrode. |
