PURPOSE: A position tracking system with a location confirming function and an emergency button is provided to protect children in danger by utilizing peripheral closed circuit television and a controlling center. CONSTITUTION: A wireless transmitting and receiving part(11) frequently receives the location of a user. An inputting part(12) obtains the emergency situation of the user. A charging part(13) includes a battery and charges the battery. A displaying part(14) confirms the state of the battery. A location information part(15) transmits the location information of a global positioning system satellite to the wireless transmitting and receiving part and transmits current location and the state of the battery to a packet. |
