PURPOSE: An information processing device, a radio wave intensity control method and a readable computer record medium recording a program are provided to detect an incline of the information processing device, thereby reducing radiometric quantity of a radio wave about a human body which approaches to the information processing device in a vertical direction. CONSTITUTION: An incline detecting unit(12) detects an incline of an information processing device. An output changing unit(13) changes radio wave output of a radio frequency antenna. The incline about a horizontal plane of an external of a case(10) is within a predetermined angle based on a detecting result of the incline detecting unit, an output controlling unit(14) decreases output of a radio wave of the radio frequency antenna below a predetermined value about output changing unit. The incline about the horizontal plane about a forward direction according to the external is within the predetermined angle, the output controlling unit decreases the output of the radio wave of the radio frequency antenna below the predetermined value.
