PURPOSE: A vibration motor and an electric precipitator having the same are provided to directly run the magnetic flux of a permanent magnet to a gap by arranging the permanent magnet in the inside and outside of a solenoid. CONSTITUTION: A case(10) includes a constant space in the inside. Three or more first permanent magnets(30) are formed to be perpendicular to the lower side of the case. Three or more second permanent magnets(40) are formed to be perpendicular to the lower side of the case. The first permanent magnet is located on the inner side of a vibrator(60). The second permanent magnet is located on the outer side of the vibrator. A coil(70) is wound around the outer circumferential surface of the vibrator. A flat spring(80) is combined with the vibrator and the case.
