<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently accomplish obtaining of the optimum value of a plurality of gain values used in a brake liquid pressure control device for controlling a liquid pressure of a liquid pressure brake utilizing genetic algorithm. <P>SOLUTION: An ensemble is constituted by a plurality of individuals (gain curve) existing in certain generation. The individual includes a plurality of genes (gain value). In the plurality of individuals constituting the ensemble, evaluation is performed regarding each of the genes and evaluation is performed regarding each of the individuals. An intersection object individual and an elite individual are selected based on each evaluation of the individuals. By these intersections or the like, the gene of the intersection object individual is changed and the individual is changed and transferred to the next generation.
