PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire vulcanization press capable of attaining a stable elevation operation of an upper member of the tire vulcanization press, by a structure more compact than the conventional one. SOLUTION: This tire vulcanization press 1 is provided with the upper member 9 elevatable vertically, an elevating measure for elevating the upper member 9, a lower member 10 moving horizontally, a tie rod 30 fixed to the upper member 9 and connected to the lower member 10, and a guide device 37 attached to an erected side guide 11. The guide device 37 is arranged between the tie rod 30 and the side guide 11, and guides the elevation operation of the upper member 9 on a flat guide face 46 formed in a side part of the tie rod 30.
