<p>The present invention relates to a solid pharmaceutical composition for oral administration, containing the following components (A) and (B):
2-[4-[2-(benzimidazol-2-ylthio)ethyl]piperazin-1-yl]-N-[2,4 -bis(methylthio)-6-methyl-3-pyridyl]acetamide (compound a) or an acid addition salt thereof, and (B) citric acid. An improvement is achieved in the dissolubility of the compound a, which is useful as a therapeutic agent for hypercholesterolemia, arteriosclerosis, and the like.</p> |
