PURPOSE: A hetero-junction solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce manufacturing costs by including a high open voltage. CONSTITUTION: An n- amorphous layer is deposited on one side of an n type crystalline silicon substrate. An intrinsic amorphous layer(103) is deposited on the upper side of the n- amorphous layer. A p amorphous layer(104) is deposited on the upper side of the intrinsic amorphous layer. An n+ amorphous layer is deposited on the other side of the n type crystalline silicon substrate. A transparent conducive oxide layer(201) is formed on the upper sides of the p amorphous layer and the n+ amorphous layer. An electrode(202) is formed on the upper side of the transparent conducive oxide layer. |
