PURPOSE: A free rail file is provided to control the rail file regardless of storage capacity by installing a hook shaped sticky matter inside the rail file. CONSTITUTION: A free rail file includes hook shaped sticky matter inside the rail file. The hook shaped sticky matter facilitates the control of the rail file. If large amount of storage is stored, the rail file prevents the stretch of the rail file. The hook shaped sticky matter installed inside the rail file is manufactured with plastic or aluminum.
