PURPOSE: A character touch pen with a writing instrument is provided to form a touch pen connected to the writing instrument by using a metal chain as a character doll thereby the character touch pen is used for accessories and jewelry. CONSTITUTION: A conductive body of a touch pen(2) is formed by a character doll. An inner hooking part of a conductive rubber tip(22) is connected to a hooking groove formed in an upper side combination tool(21) of the conductive body. A metal chain connected to the conductive body is connected to a shaft of a writing instrument(1) by a ring(30a). A pressuring cap(23) is inserted in a lower side circumference of the conductive rubber tip.
