Disclosed are a conductive polymer, a conductive polymer composition, a conductive polymer composition layer, and an organic photoelectric device using the same. The conductive polymer may be represented by Chemical Formula 1. The above Chemical Formula 1 is the same as defined in the specification. Using the conductive polymer, an organic photoelectric device having excellent luminous efficiency and life-span characteristics is realized.
