PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing two washers which include respective rolling tracks is provided to stably hold and guide rotors between tracks and to enhance the strength of a suspension stop against tilting torque induced radial deformation of the stop. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing two washers which include respective rolling tracks comprises the steps of: manufacturing a first washer(1) with a rolling track(1a) from a blank material; separating the first washer from the blank material along the outer diameter(D1ext); cutting the blank to restore a ring material of which an inner diameter is equal to the outer diameter of the first washer; reducing the inner diameter of the ring; manufacturing a second washer(2) which has an inner diameter less than the outer diameter of the first washer in the ring and a rolling track(2a). |
