PURPOSE: A modified sulfur concrete mixing method is provided to uniformly mix modified sulfur and concrete through first and second mixing processes. CONSTITUTION: A modified sulfur concrete mixing method comprises the following steps: (S10) primary mixing concrete and modified sulfur in a mobile mixing device; (S20) discharging the primary mixed concrete through chute; (S30) inserting the concrete through an inlet port of an additional mixer; (S40) secondary mixing the concrete inserted into the additional mixer; and (S50) discharging the secondary mixed concrete to a vent of the additional mixer. The additional mixer comprises housing, wheels, and a driving tool. The housing has one or more auger shaft, inlet port and vent. The wheels are installed at the lower part of the housing. The driving tool rotates the auger shaft.
