PURPOSE: A lubricant application method for forming a magnesium alloy and a forming process and system using the same are provided to prevent damage to a work piece by successively applying a release agent and lubricant on the top of the work piece. CONSTITUTION: A forming process comprises the steps of: applying a release agent(20) on the top of a work piece(10), applying lubricant(30) on the upper side of the release agent, warm-forming the work piece applied with the release agent and the lubricant, and removing the release agent and the lubricant from the work piece.
