PURPOSE: A metal dome switch with a non-adherent air path and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent foreign materials and moisture by completely blocking a metal dome switch assembly from the outside. CONSTITUTION: A metal dome(110) is convexly formed in an upward direction. A top sheet(130) covers the upper sides of an intermediate sheet(120) and the metal dome. The top sheet is composed of a first top sheet(131) and a second top sheet(132). The first top sheet covers the upper side of a first receiving hole(121) formed in the intermediate sheet. An air path(122,136) intersects the first receiving hole.
