PURPOSE: A jig for CNC(Computer Numerical Control) machining of a watertight window frame and a watertight window frame machining method are provided to machine watertight window frames in a state where arc-shaped materials are fixed on the jig at once because the types of cutting blades of a CNC machining tool can be changed without repeating the attachment and detachment of the watertight window frames. CONSTITUTION: A jig for CNC machining of a watertight window frame(100) comprises a base(102), a pair of vertical plates(110), fixing bolts(113), and circular arc-shaped connection bars(120). The base is fixed on a worktable of a CNC machining tool and a circular center hole(105) is formed in the center of the front bottom side of the base. The pair of vertical plates are erectly installed in both rear side ends of the base and each has a mounting surface(111) and a base side placing portion(112). The mounting surfaces are coupled to a jig contact surface of arc-shaped materials. Each base side placing portion is horizontally protruded at the bottom of each mounting surface. The fixing bolts are installed on the upper and lower sides of the mounting surfaces of the vertical plates and are coupled to bolt holes. The connection bars horizontally connect the pair of vertical plates.
