PURPOSE: A bio-sensor measuring system is provided to control measure signal by initially set prism angle and phase delay value and to enlarge dynamic range. CONSTITUTION: A SPR(surface plasmon resonance) bio-sensor measuring system using active feedback comprises: a light source providing light; an SPR system(530) which generates measured signal and to outputs measured signal; a compensator(520) which is placed between the light source and SPR system and delays the phase of the light provided from the light source, and outputs; a signal output unit(550) which generates interference signals of reference beam and signal beam and generates a first detection signal; a first driving control unit(570) which generates a first driving signal for diving the compensator using the first detection signal; and a phase-delayed compensator driving unit(525) for driving the phase-delayed compensator.
