A disc roller conveyor system features a flat surface 2 array of driven flat disc rollers 5,7, a motor 12, a gearing and/or pulley system 6, with the direction and speed of rotation of the discs 5,7 being controllable, such as to control the passage of pallets 1 across the flat surface 2. Also disclosed is a subsystem of a disc roller pallet direction changing table (fig.4) with a flat surface array of driven flat disc rollers, which may all rotate in the same direction, such as to alter the direction of travel of a pallet travelling across the surface of the table. |
