<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cogeneration system using a fuel cell which improves the heating efficiency of a power generation part. <P>SOLUTION: The cogeneration system includes a mixed gas supply line L to which the mixed gas of fuel gas and oxidant gas is supplied, a fuel gas burning unit 3 which burns the mixed gas which passes through the mixed gas supply line L, a combustion chamber 4 which holds the gas burning unit 3, and the power generation part 2 arranged on the mixed gas supply line L and having at least one fuel cell which generates a power by the mixed gas flowing through the supply line.
