<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interlocking block obtained by recycling total demolished concrete and a method of producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The interlocking block using the recycled demolished concrete is produced by mixing cement and water with demolished coarse aggregate having size exceeding a prescribed dimension and fine particles having size equal to or below a prescribed dimension which are obtained by grinding and classifying a primarily crushed material produced by crushing the demolished concrete and forming the mixture.
