The scraper (1) has a sleeve-shaped scraper main portion (2) which is to be installed in a round container neck. A passage (8) for cosmetic applicator formed in interior of main portion is divided by partition (7) into two adjacently extending passage portions (8a,8b) for accommodating each portion of cosmetic applicator.
