The device (10) has an anchoring device (18) connecting insert and pure fluid pipes (14, 16) of a filter housing (12). The anchoring device has a rotary insert (30) with a guiding and anchoring section (32) that is rotatably connected with the fluid pipe, and a retainer (34) that is connected with the insert pipe. The section is shifted into an insertion/running section (50) of the retainer in a rotation condition. The anchoring section is fixed in an anchoring area (52) of the retainer to anchor the pipes in another rotation condition so that the running section passes into the area.
