PURPOSE: A recommendation information based delivering system and a delivering method thereof are provided to allow one server to obtain a lot of information of delivering points, thereby constructing a system performing an order and payment at once. CONSTITUTION: A service server(40) receives location information of a delivery requesting terminal(10) by application execution and desired delivery product information. The service server extracts an advertisement partner matched with the location information of the delivery requesting terminal. The service server receives a selection signal from the delivery requesting terminal. A selection signal includes selection information about delivery and a visit.
