PURPOSE: A personal menu and dubbing artist setup system are provided to reduce the boring of a client by providing a guide voce using the voice of a desired dubbing artist. CONSTITUTION: An IVR(Interactive Voice Response) server detects telephone numbers from an incoming call(S413). The IVR server inspects the personal dubbing artist and menu service setup information of client information(S415). When the personal dubbing artist and the personal menu are set, the IVR server applies the personal dubbing artist to the personal menu(S417~S423). The IVR server provides an auto response service(S429). When the personal dubbing artist service is set, the IVR server applies the personal dubbing artist to the client(S425).
