PURPOSE: A drain for a bridge and a construction method thereof are provided to facilitate the construction of asphalt by adjusting the height of the drain using a flange and a height adjusting frame. CONSTITUTION: A drain for a bridge comprises a water collection tank(10), a flange(20), a height adjusting frame(40), and a cover plate(30). The water collection tank guides rainwater to a drainage hole and has a swash plate(11) and a guide pipe(12). The flange is detachably installed on the top end of the water collection tank and guides rainwater permeating an asphalt concrete layer to the drainage hole. The height adjusting frame adjusts the height of the drain depending on the height of asphalt concrete. The cover plate is installed on the top end of the height adjusting frame and guides rainwater on the surface of the asphalt concrete to the drainage hole. |
