<p>PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a solar cell is provided to increase the photoelectric conversion efficiency of a solar cell by depositing an oxide layer on the front and rear sides of a solar cell structure and reducing the recombination of a carrier. CONSTITUTION: A screen mask for a solar cell is arranged in a solar cell structure. The screen mask has an opening corresponding to an electrode structure(S750). The solar cell structure is printed with metal based on the screen mask. A metal pattern corresponding to the electrode structure is formed on the surface of the solar cell structure(S760). Metal formed on the solar cell structure is thermally processed in a belt type furnace of a high temperature quickly(S770).
