PURPOSE: A probe for detecting acetaldehyde dehydrogenase2(ALDH2) gene polymorphism, rs671, and alcohol dehydrogenase 2(ADH2) gene polymorphism, rs1229984, is provided to ensure detection accuracy. CONSTITUTION: A probe for detecting polymorphism is used for detecting ALDH2 gene polymorphism(rs671) or ADH2 gene polymorphism(rs1229984). The probe contains one or more kinds of fluorescence-labeled oligonucleotide selected among: an oligonucleotide which contains a complementary sequence or homologous sequence with 11-50 bases containing 241-251th bases in sequence number 1 or 2 and is labeled with fluorescence, wherein 241th base is cytosine; an oligonucleotide which contains a 11-50 bases containing 251-261th bases or a homologous sequence thereof in sequence number 1 or 2 and is labeled with fluorescence, wherein 261th base is cytosine; and an oligonucleotide which contains 12-50 bases with 201-212th bases or homologous sequence thereof in sequence number 13 and is labeled with fluorescence, wherein 212th base is cytosine.
