PURPOSE: A camera photographing location controlling apparatus is provided to move a camera to a z-axis direction and to rotate a camera around a y-axis without using a goniometer. CONSTITUTION: An up-down movement converting module(150) converts the rotation motion of an up-down moving controlling screw in order for an up-down moving plate to move upward and downward. A camera combination plate(160) is rotatably connected to a side cover around a y-axis. A pitching rotation control screw(170) is rotated about an x-axis when being fixed to the camera combination plate. A pitching rotation converting module(180) converts the rotation motion of the screw.
