PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of urethane screen mesh for aggregate selection and a product thereof are provided to enhance selection efficiency of aggregates by changing the structure of selection holes. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of urethane screen mesh for aggregate selection comprises the following steps: combining a plurality of wire materials(11) in order to combine square shaped reinforcing core material(10); manufacturing a screening panel(20) by injecting edge part(21) of urethane resin along the core material and injecting a screening part(25) of urethane resin; and inject molding connecting bas(30) at both edge parts of the screening panel. At the lower surface of the front and back edge parts of the screening panel, edge reinforcing stands of the urethane resins are injected and molded into one body. The cross section of the core material wire is in an ellipse shape.
