PURPOSE: A producing method of vinegar beverage containing fermented vinegar and concentrated juice is provided to enable users to easily drink the fermented vinegar. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of vinegar beverage containing fermented vinegar and concentrated juice comprises the following steps: cleanly washing a big container; preparing the fermented vinegar by fermenting raw ingredients; inserting 11-13wt% of fermented vinegar, 8-11wt% of concentrated juice, 6-8wt% of organic sugar, 1-2wt% of honey, 0.1-1wt% of lemon juice, and 68-73wt% of purified water, into the container; stirring the mixture until the sugar is dissolved; filtering the mixed beverage using a double-filter using ultra fine yarns and activated charcoal; and packaging the obtained beverage in a standard container, and sealing the container.
